We all know sex is fun but are you aware that “Power of Sex is Your Secret Power”. When I say, “the power of sex is your secret power”, I do not mean the way people use it to exploit the sexual weaknesses of others. I do not use term power as power over others, which is how it generally is the case.
What do I mean by the Power of Sex?
What I am talking about today is the bundle of energy which is sitting in the perineum which in the yogic sciences is called “Kundalini”. There are many studies, which show that when you need a little boost of immune energy soft sex can help. But this energy I refer to is bigger than that.
We use this energy in the perineum for procreation. Procreation happens because there is an energy behind it. This energy has the power of creation and power for many other possibilities. Through machines, people have taken photos of energy centers and energy bodies and it is proven beyond doubt that there is an energy system in our body that is still not exploited by modern medicine. We have to refer to yogic sciences and practical experiences to understand what this energy is and its benefits.
What is Kundalini and how is it related to Sex?
Kundalini is the name given to the energy which is sitting in the perineum of every human being. This energy is called primordial universal energy which is available to us since our birth. It remains dormant in the body until it is awakened.
Kundalini awakening is referred to as the rise of energy from the perineum and rising in the spine by entering through the tail bone. This energy has to go through the hollow of the spine called Sushumnaa Naadi in yogic sciences. When this energy goes beyond the crown chakra then it is called Kundalini awakening.
But how this energy is related to sex? As per yogic sciences, the Power of Kundalini is related to the formation of a fetus in the womb, so it is directly related to procreation and hence sex. In the science of Tantra, the experience of Kundalini is compared with the ecstasy of sex. It is written that Kundalini gives 1000 times more ecstasy as compared to sexual orgasm. This is why in general parlance people call Kundalini as the Power of sex.
Now we have to understand why Kundalini is a Power. It is a Power because it gives so many benefits.
- Enlightenment Experience: When your Kundalini is awakened, you may feel oneness with the universe. This experience of oneness with the universe is called enlightenment. As Kundalini rises, it purifies your mind and opens the channels where you can perceive the oneness with the universe
- Cleansing: When energy rises in the spine it starts cleansing blockages in the chakra. Also, it removes knots in the 7 chakras. Each of these chakras regulates your physical and psychological functions and hence cleansing of chakras actually leads to the proper functioning of these functions. This energy also starts cleansing at the cellular level and removes negativity absorbed in the cells. Lesser the negative imprints on the cells, more vibrant and healthier you become
- Cleaning Karmic Knots -“Karmachhalan”: When our Karmic zip files (karmic seeds) get downloaded from the causal body, it enters our physical body through the medulla into the hollow of the spine. The karmic zip files unzip themselves in the spine and start blocking the energy of the chakras and other energy channels. These Karmic files or seeds sprout and attach themselves to the spine. When the energy rises in the hollow of the spine it rubs the sidewalls of the hollow and burns these files or you can say – roasts these seeds. Once the karmic file gets burnt or the seeds are roasted, they will never show their ill effect on you. This is the way karmic knots or karmic seeds cleansing happens through kundalini awakening
- Heightened Your Awareness: When Kundalini reaches the head, your midbrain activation happens and your awareness increases. Midbrain, from where many important motor functions, especially movements of the eye and processing of visual and auditory. With midbrain activation, these visual and auditory functions heighten and people display amazing awareness towards themselves and things around them
- Connects you to your Divinity: When Kundalini passes through your crown chakra, you get to connect with your divine self. This happens because you get connected with the universal force and you feel one with it. You do not feel any difference between yourself and the universal force
- You can heal: As Kundalini rises and connects with the universal forces, you get connected with the higher consciousness. With higher consciousness flowing through your body, you can heal yourself and others
- Improves Sexual Prowess: When Kundalini rises, it cleans all the negativity of the body and mind. This makes the mind supple and the body strong. You start experiencing more pleasure than you did prior to the awakening of your Kundalini. Only a healthy mind and body can enjoy sexual pleasures. Kundalini’s awakening gives you great potency and a healthy sexual appetite
- Longevity: Awakening of Kundalini boosts your immune system. This gives you a youthful appearance example, a wrinkle-free, dark spots free, dead skin free body. Due to increased immunity, your body remains energetic and disease-free – one of the secrets to longevity
- Loving Personality: Awakening of Kundalini creates a loving and pleasing personality. People get attracted to you because a purified mind connects with the higher consciousness which in turn radiates from your body and being
- Mental powers: With the awakening of Kundalini your mind gets purified and gets connected with the higher consciousness. This provides immense logical and creative potential and capacity. And with time, as the midbrain function becomes more and more active, your sixth sense, your intuition becomes stronger
